You can plan your wedding for years, or you can plan a stunning event in months like Sarah & Tony did! After just getting engaged last summer, these two didn’t want to wait any longer than they had to to start their forever.
They chose Migis Lodge in Casco, Maine for the venue. From getting ready to spending their wedding night Migis had the perfect backdrop! Quintessential Maine Lakeside property on the infamous Sebago Lake, Migis is an upscale campground with rustic cabins and cottages. The knotty walls and floors and stone fireplaces really make this place feel so cozy!
Of course, as much as you plan, you can never predict the weather in Maine a week out, much less months out. Nevertheless, the towering pines and calming lake lapping the shores will be there rain or shine. It didn’t pour on their wedding day but a few drops were felt. And not just from the sky! Eyes were flowing all day! There was laughter, too. Oh the laughs could be heard whether you were inside or outside, from morning through the night! Those Jalberts, they sure do know how to have a good time!! Sarah and Tony fell in love, and here is their wedding day!
Family and friends came from near and far. New friends and old friends gathered to witness these two lovebirds tie the knot. After a brief, but heartfelt ceremony they took off to a boat to putter around the lake for a few moments of marital bliss while the cocktail party got things rolling.
The band Wally and the Virginians had the guests on their feet and kicking off their shoes well past the time I was to leave!
